Hon. Colonial Secretary,

In continuation of my memo. of the 15th inst. regarding the receiving of bribes by certain Indian Constables, I have now to forward the evidence against I.P.C. 637 Omer Bux who was in Hospital when the other men were dealt with.

It is a clear case in my opinion against Omer Bux and I recommend that he be dismissed.
